if you have a bunch of piglins with leather boots with curse of binding, some of them put on their traded iron boots (with soul speed)  without giving the leather boots back.

Normally I would assume that when there is curse of binding on the boots they wont put on higher ranked ones.

This only happens if they barter, not when you throw iron boots to them.
