The Bug:

Publisher website and map trailer buttons within some realms menu display their tooltips upon holding your mouse cursor over them even when the buttons aren't visible on the screen.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to the realms menu, click on your realm, and then hit the "Configure realm" button.
2. Now click the "Reset world" button followed by the "Inspiration" button.
3. Locate a map within the list that has publisher website and map trailer buttons.
4. Hide that said map within the list just below the dirt overlay.
5. Hold your mouse cursor over where you believe the said buttons would be.
6. Take note as to whether or not publisher website and map trailer buttons within some realms menu display their tooltips upon holding your mouse cursor over them even when the buttons aren't visible on the screen.

Observed Behavior:

Publisher website and map trailer buttons display their tooltips upon holding your mouse cursor over them even when the buttons aren't visible on the screen.

Expected Behavior:

Publisher website and map trailer buttons would only display their tooltips upon holding your mouse cursor over them if the buttons are visible on the screen.
