The Creeper note block sound is not played with the correct speed/pitch. Currently, it sounds like the TNT fizzing sound (Even though the subtitles say "Creeper hisses").

What I expected to happen was...:
The Creeper note block sound would be pitched down to match the actual sound of a creeper hiss

What actually happened was...:
It was played at the sound file's default speed/pitch

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place a note block
2. Place a creeper head on top of it
3. Play the note block
→ The sound was played at the sound file's default speed/pitch
