      Summary:
      Click on a waterlogged blocks with a water bucket does not place water next to a waterlogged block. This is not a problem at 1.19.2.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Place a waterlogged block.
      2. Place water into it.
      3. Try to place a water block near the placed block.

      Observed results:
      You cannot place water by aiming on a waterlogged block.

      Expected results:
      Water will be placed as in 1.19.2.
