      The Bug:

Players' capes and outer skin layers don't render client-side in server environments when joining worlds while dead.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      • Get two players and label them "Player A" and "Player B".
      • Get "Player A" to start a world and open it to LAN.
      • Get "Player B" to join the world.
      • Have "Player B" die, and quit the world by clicking on the "Title Screen" button while on the death screen.
      • Get "Player B" to rejoin the world, respawn, and observe how they look.
      • Take note as to whether or not players' capes and outer skin layers render client-side in server environments when joining worlds while dead.

      Observed Behavior:

Players' capes and outer skin layers don't render client-side.

      Expected Behavior:

Players' capes and outer skin layers would render client-side, just like how they did in previous versions of the game.
