Light Blocks should be in Functional Blocks (or in Redstone and Fuctionals)

Barrier Blocks should be in Building/Functional Blocks (or in Redstone and Building/Fuctionals)

Structure Voids should be in Building/Functional Blocks and Redstone Blocks.
