The title screen and options menus are glitching out as seen in the attached image. I launched a singleplayer world and it crashed instantly. This issue persists in all versions from 1.13 and below. It was working perfectly fine a few days ago as I play on 1.12.2 quite often. 

There are no options in affected versions for 1.7.4 etc.
