      The Bug:

      The "minecraft:entity.generic.extinguish_fire" sound, otherwise known as the "Fire extinguishes" sound, can only be heard by other players when being extinguished with splash water bottles.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Get two players and label them "Player A" and "Player B".
      2. Get "Player A" to place some lava on the ground next to them and obtain some splash water bottles.
      3. Get "Player B" to stand next to the lava.
      4. Get "Player A" to enter the lava, exit it, and then extinguish themselves using splash water bottles.
      5. Get both players to listen closely as "Player A" is extinguished.
      6. Take note as to whether or not the "minecraft:entity.generic.extinguish_fire" sound can only be heard by other players when being extinguished with splash water bottles.

      Observed Behavior:

      When a player extinguishes themselves using a splash water bottle, they will not produce a sound for themselves, but will for other players.

      Expected Behavior:

      The sound would be heard by all players.
