The Bug:

Players' vehicles don't render from far away.

The player themselves render, but their vehicles do not which looks as if they're riding nothing until you get closer.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Get two players and label them "Player A" and "Player B".
2. Get "Player A" to ride a boat and get "Player B" to travel around one hundred blocks away from them.
3. Get "Player B" to look at "Player A" using a spyglass.
4. Take note as to whether or not players' vehicles render from far away.

Observed Behavior:

Players' vehicles don't render from far away.

Expected Behavior:

Players' vehicles would render from far away. In other words, whenever the player is rendered, so should their vehicle.
