When the client has entities with the glowing effect in frame framerate is significantly reduced. (Not Sure how to handle this, but there is also another report MC-182063, which references the same thing, if I should add to that report instead please comment as such).
      What I expect to happen:
Entities with glowing should be visible through blocks and should have the same performance impact as any entity that is visible to the player

      What actually happens:
Noticeable frame lag including halving of framerate (my machine is not particularly high end). This only occurs when the entity actually has the glowing effect or tag, but occurs regardless of whether it is concealed behind blocks or not. Entity does not produce this level of FPS drop if it is not glowing.

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Spawn any entity
      2. /effect give or /data merge the glowing effect/tag
      3. Compare the Framerate visible in the f3 debug menu
