Normally, when you place a mob head on top of a block, it should be facing you but in the case of 22w42a, mob heads face the opposite way when placed.

      To reproduce the bug:
      1. Get any mob head (skeleton skull, wither skeleton skull, player head, zombie head, creeper head, or dragon head)
      2. Place the mob head on top of a block
