Despite them being books, knowledge books can't be placed in a chiseled bookshelf.

How to reproduce:

• Give yourself a knowledge book (/give @s minecraft:knowledge_book)
• Use it on a chiseled bookshelf

Expected behavior:

• The knowledge book is placed in the chiseled bookshelf

Actual results:

• Books are retrieved from the bookshelf (if present), or nothing happens if the bookshelf is empty.
