      The Bug:

Using tridents enchanted with riptide while inside, near, or on top of blocks produces their step sounds.

It seems quite bizarre that footstep sounds can be produced while in the spin attack state because the player isn't actually stepping inside, near, or on top blocks, therefore one would expect no footstep sounds to be produced.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Build the setup as shown in the provided attachment. setup.png
      2. Give yourself a trident enchanted with riptide by using the command provided below.
        /give @s minecraft:trident[minecraft:enchantments={levels:{"minecraft:riptide":3}}]
      3. Throw the trident so that you're boosted along the ground and listen closely as you do this.
      4. Take note as to whether or not using tridents enchanted with riptide while inside, near, or on top of blocks produces their step sounds.

      Observed Behavior:

      Stepping sounds are produced.

      Expected Behavior:

No stepping sounds would be produced.
