The Bug

When you ride a minecart and put blocks behind you, they are placed but immediately disappear, visually the blocks disappear, but when you update the slot they return. See the video.

Reproduce

• Create a railway
• Put a minecart on the railway
• Get a block
• Ride the minecart
• Start putting blocks on the rails behind you
