When i want to connect to my own realm i'm constantly having the issue shown on screenshot "1". My personal Minecraft profile is shown on screenshot "2". I can't connect on my realm and tried to reboot all my installation, reinstall the game, supress all the minecraft files before reinstalling.

I secured my Microsoft profile as much as i could and didn't touc or install anything to modify the content of the game. 

I already manage to connect once to my realm but can't anymore. My internet connection is however stable. 

Can you please help me resolve this issue. My subscription is running but i can't connect, that's quite sad.
