Issues with motion NBT tags for Piglins

What I expected to happen was...:
I would have expected that changing the motion NBT tag against Piglins would work the same as any other entity.

What actually happened was...:
Changing the motion NBT tag on a Piglin caused the already charged crossbow to charge again, items in the Piglin's inventory to multiply, the Piglin to roar all the time, and various other problems.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Summons Piglin.
• Have Piglin retrieve items such as gold nuggets.
• Use the /data merge command, for example, to change the motion NBT tag for Piglins.
• The items in Piglin's inventory multiply.
