I died in a hardcore world on the nether after trying to kill an enderman, then I tried to spectate but the screen was stuck in "Loading terrain..."

I restarted minecraft on the same version and load up the world but it was still stuck in "Loading terrain..."

This has happened to me before and I can confirm that there were no errors or warnings in the output
