Returned to where I died:

• before the despawn limit
• Cheats on/using creative mode to fly
• using Recovery Compass

Could not find the items or XP. Lost treasure from the piglin thing in the nether. Apparently this can happen with ghasts. Did not pay attention to if items were burned tbh, but it seems unlikely that I went to the wrong place (recovery compass) or all items were instantly destroyed
