1.19 & 1.19.1 Z-fighting on Various Block types

      Z-Fighting Graphical Error occurs with multiple block types since 1.19 including:

      Glass Panes

      Long Grass

      Flower blocks

      Leaf Blocks

      Powdered Snow

      Fire

      Minecart Rails

       

      Reinstall of Minecraft and installations has no effect

      I have gone over every video setting to identify the cause with no joy
