superflat not generating any structure but village, and stronghold, and sometimes mineshafts.

i had 1 world that generated decorations but it caused nothing else to generate and i also couldn't recreate it.

i have tried almost every combination of the strings, ruined_portal, pillager_outpost, biome_1, decoration, lakes, lava_lakes, dungeon, stronghold, mineshaft.

example:

minecraft:bedrock,64*minecraft:deepslate,64*minecraft:stone,5*minecraft:dirt,minecraft:grass_block;minecraft:plains;village(size=0 distance=9),biome_1,decoration,stronghold,ruined_portal

i tried to follow, link below, and i couldn't get a world to generate structures properly at all
