What I expected to happen was...:
The sugar cane not being able to place or breaking right away

What actually happened was...:
The sugar cane placed and made the space around it air, not water logged

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Grab sugarcane
2. Place it in water, but make sure it is on a ledge, with more water beside it
