I just downloaded the newest update 1.19.1 after having 1.19.0 for a couple months, and when I died some items didn't drop. I was right next to my spawn so they should have been there, but then I died again trying to find what I lost and I even lost some of the items I collected on my second death!

I just surfaced after going though a huge abandoned mineshaft (which I didn't even fully explore yet) and some of the items I lost where: diamond sword, three nametags, gold ingot/and ore, coal, lapiz, and other random items collected in AB mineshafts such as rails, and mob drops. anyone else experiencing this? so frustrating that this happened twice..

Though I reloaded the game and it's not happening any more. Maybe its just on your first load of 1.19.1 update?
