Happened a couple times at random and have yet to be able to replicate it.

Randomly when entering the creative menu, sometimes the background will fail to load the correct textures on the item tabs with (what I believe to be the Cod texture). This then persists until restart of game.

Can confirm there are no mods or textures being used during this.
