What I expected to happen was

Any named item to display it's name properly

What actually happened was...:
I placed a nametag into the anvil and named it but when I got it back all it said was #########. I didn't use any profanity and this happens with any named item I place in the anvil.

1. Grab any named item
2. Use it on any anvil
