What I expected to happen was...:
A black cat would spawn next to the witch

What actually happened was...:
Any breed of cat spawns, which is not always a black cat

Steps to Reproduce:
1. launch minecraft on java
2. type: /place structure minecraft:swamp_hut
3. look for the cat that spawned in the witch hut
