I know my account email, username, and password, but I can't remember the security question answers I chose over 10 years ago. In order to be able to play Minecraft, I need to migrate my account. When I go to migrate in minecraft.net, I log in perfectly but then it asks me the security questions (I can access the website with my account but not migration). I click on "request to reset your security questions". This takes me to the Mojang website and asks me to log in with my Mojang Studios account (which is the same one). I login perfectly and it asks me the same security questions but now on the Mojang Website. I click on "request to reset your security questions". This finally takes me to what is supposed to reset my security questions when I click on "Send instructions to /my email/". The problem is I never receive any instructions to that email or any other email. I have tried this for months and I never get the email. I have tried contacting all types of support and none are able to fix this issue. It is not my email provider's issue because that email works perfectly in all other situations. If this is not the correct place to ask for help, let me know where I should ask. Please don't tell me to speak to Mojang Support because this is what people always say to me and it is of no use. Without access to my transaction ID, I cannot submit a request to them. (I bought the game a very long time ago and there is no way I can find my transaction ID or know which payment method I used). Some people say there is no way I can play Minecraft again (just because migration is mandatory) but I think there must be a way since I know all my account details except for what my favorite activity was when I was 11 years old. That is just ridiculous. Thank you, I hope there is a solution to this.
