The Bug:

Chat preview doesn't work for players that aren't the hosts within LAN worlds.

In a LAN world, chat preview only works for the host of the world and not for any other players within it, regardless of what they have their "Chat Preview" option set to in their chat settings. One would expect that chat preview would work for all players within a LAN world and not just the host.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Join a world, open it to LAN with cheats enabled, and have another player join it.
• Have yourself (the host) enter the following text in chat without sending it.

• /say What do you call a man with a shovel in his head? An ambulance immediately!

• Take note of how the chat preview field is visible and is working as it should be.
• Have the other player within the world (the non-host) enter the same text in chat without sending it.
• Take note of how the chat preview field isn't visible for them and isn't working.

Observed Behavior:

Chat preview only works for the host of a LAN world and not for other players.

Expected Behavior:

Chat preview would work for all players within a LAN world and not just the host.
