I haven't played in 1.5 years, after i've lost my 1070 and was on integrated graphics. Recently got 3080, did DDU driver uninstallation of everything, clean installating, fps everywhere was ok. Everywhere except minecraft. Tried to change graphics, use JDK custom java installation, removing launcher and .minecraft files but nothing seemed to help, issue persisted on both vanilla and modded (optifine, torohealth, inv sorter, minimap, nothing too crazy). At one point decided to try and switch HUD off and it all went to where it should be. I don't know if it's a version bug or something else, but i think it warrants attention of this site
