I cannot get a NoAI strider to shiver. It used to be that strider's would shiver when not on lava, no matter the NoAI value. But fixing bug 176081 made that stop. (Not sure that was really a bug <shrug>)
So now a shivering strider must be a moving, active strider. Shivering is not an nbt value that can be set, which seems like a way to fix this. Another would be unfix the previous bug, because it isn't obviously actually wrong to shiver with NoAI. Horses, for example, continue to move their heads with NoAI, etc.
It matters to me because in my texture-pack test world I want to show all the mobs in a small-ish space, and so I can't have them wandering around. But now I can't do that and show this texture variant.
