What actually happened was...:
The texture and function is a normal map.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. ran minecraft 1.19 version and put this seed (-2499530094825326323) to create new world.
2. Find any shipwreck or ocean ruin that have Buried Tresure Map.
3. Open the chest to find Buried Tresure Map.
