The Bug:

Selection boxes of fields within the "Select Report Category" menu list don't contain white outlines when selected using the TAB key.

MC-253225 only introduced a fix for the "Select Chat Messages to Report" menu list and not the "Select Report Category" menu list, hence my reasoning for creating this report.

As a result of this issue, is it unclear to the player exactly what elements are in focus.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Join a multiplayer server or a LAN world.
• Have yourself or others type some messages in the chat.
• Open the social interactions menu, select any player, and click the create report button.
• Now click the "Select Chat Messages to Report" button.
• Hit the TAB key to select any field within the list.
• Look closely at the selection and pay close attention to its outline, if it has one.
• Take note as to whether or not selection boxes of fields within the "Select Report Category" menu list contain white outlines when selected using the TAB key.

Observed Behavior:

Selection boxes don't contain white outlines when selected using the TAB key.

Expected Behavior:

Selection boxes would contain white outlines when selected using the TAB key.
