Items with cooldown do not preserve their cooldown throughout dimensions

      When going through dimensions items with cooldown it resets to 0. This affects goat horns, ender pearls, shields, etc... When traveling through a nether portal or the end portal, (switching dimensions), items reset their cooldown.
