The Bug:

An additional text cursor is present when it's positioned at the beginning or end of lines within the chat reporting menu.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Join a multiplayer server or a LAN world.
2. Have yourself or others type some messages in the chat.
3. Open the social interactions menu, select any player, and click the create report button.
4. Now click the "Please describe what happened:" box and type several periods/full stops that go across multiple lines.
5. Position your text cursor at the beginning or end of any line.
6. Look closely at the beginning or end of the line above or below the one you currently have your text cursor on.
7. Take note as to whether or not an additional text cursor is present when it's positioned at the beginning or end of lines within the chat reporting menu.

Observed Behavior:

An additional text cursor is present.

Expected Behavior:

Only one text cursor would be present at all times within the chat reporting menu.
