Froglights don't drop in updated worlds

What I expected to happen was:
Frogs should drop froglights when eating small magma cubes

What actually happened was:
They don't do that in world that were not generated in 1.19 but updated from earlier versions

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Update a pre 1.19 world to 1.19 and let frogs eat magma cubes
2. The worlds in which I saw this issue were originally generated in 1.14 or even earlier
