When placing a map on an item frame, normally a green marker appears to indicate where the placed map is. That's great, it's a useful feature. However, when the item frame is taken down, the green marker is NOT removed from the map, so unfortunately when redecorating, we wound up with these marks on the map that we are unable to remove.

What I expected to happen was...:

When an item frame/map contained in an item frame is taken down, I'd expect the green mark to come off the map with it.

What actually happened was...:

The green mark is impossible to remove by any means I can find.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place map in item frame.
2. Remove map and item frame
3. Place map and item frame somewhere else/facing another direction.
