The Bug:

The scroll bar within the "Select Chat Messages to Report" menu sometimes resets its position to the bottom of the list after scrolling upwards.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Join a multiplayer server or a LAN world.
• Have yourself or others type multiple messages in the chat.
• Open the social interactions menu, select any player, and click the create report button.
• Click the "Select Chat Messages to Report" button.
• Begin scrolling upwards within the list by using the scroll bar.
• Take note as to whether or not the scroll bar within the "Select Chat Messages to Report" menu sometimes resets its position to the bottom of the list after scrolling upwards.

Observed Behavior:

The scroll bar within the "Select Chat Messages to Report" menu sometimes resets its position to the bottom of the list after scrolling upwards.

Expected Behavior:

The scroll bar within the "Select Chat Messages to Report" menu would not reset its position to the bottom of the list after scrolling upwards.
