The Bug:

Allays can dance while panicking.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Place down a jukebox and any music disc inside of it.
• Summon an allay nearby and attack it.
• Observe the behavior of the allay closely.
• Take note as to whether or not allays can dance while panicking.

Observed Behavior:

Allays can dance while panicking.

Expected Behavior:

Allays would not be able to dance while panicking.
