The bug

When creating a chat report and selecting only one message to use to back up the report's content, the button says "1 Chat Messages Selected to Report." "Messages" should not be plural when only 1 message is selected.

How to reproduce

1. Create a server, and join the server with two accounts
2. From one account, send a chat message
3. From the other account, navigate to the social interactions screen, and select the icon for the other player
4. Click the first button, and select the message sent
5. Select "Done"
   The first button now pluralizes "Messages"
