      Hi,

My friends and I are experiencing and issue with our realm. I pay for the Minecraft Realms subscription hosted in the cloud, it is not a private server that I host. We are able to log in and play, but the world is not saving any of our data. The players on this realm are from various areas in the Pacific Northwest of the US and we are all experiencing this issue.

As of 5pm PST, we have not seen the world save any backups (see attached first screenshot) since about 11:58am PST on 06/12/2022. I have tried several times  We were able to play yesterday and everything saved at that time.

I have tried to switch the realm to "mini-game" mode and set it back to the regular realm but it did not help (this was a YouTube suggestion from 2020 to help with this same issue). I also tried to create a new world in World Slots 2 and 3 and when I logged in and out, it did not create a back of the world (see second screenshot "Screenshot 2022-06-12 173583.png").

The last thing I tried was to reset the world and upload the copy of the world I had saved to my  Single Player profile (copy of the world was saved around 5pm PST 06/12/2022). I tried to reset the world twice but received an error message (see attached screenshot).

The players and I are pretty frustrated since we didn't catch this issue earlier today and did a lot of work in the world that didn't end up saving. I would like an update on why this happening and any suggestions to help fix this problem. I would be happy to supply more information if needed. Thank you.
