Java Version 8 (build 1.8.0_311b11) (Last update check was 6/10/2022)

Using the new update for Java Version 1.19, I've noticed a significant increase in CPU usage by the OpenJDK platform in task manager, reaching as high as 93% during load in pre-existing worlds, previous versions had used at most 35% when loading in a new world for the first time, no setting have been changed between versions 1.19 and previous 1.18.2

What I expected to happen was...:
No change in visual performance, minimal latency issues on rendering

      What actually happened was...:
high latency, screen tearing in visuals, drop of FPS by almost 80%

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Generate new installation with standard increased Ram parameters (16gb for overhead)
      2. Load new world with 32 chunk rendering setting
      3. Continued loss of performance, and CPU usage spikes almost every 100 ticks during movement
