When using the "/locate biome" command to find a mangrove swamp on older Minecraft worlds (specifically this world was created in 1.16) it displays coordinates for random spots that aren't mangrove swamps. I've had them put me in plains, mountains, and dark oak forests. This happened multiple times on two worlds with same seed created in the same version. One world hadn't been explored out to a certain distanced and had a mangrove swamp spawned, but still did not display the coordinates for it. I even went out to new chunks that hadn't been loaded in this world and it would still take me to random coordinates that weren't a mangrove swamp.
I expected the coordinates that were located to be for a mangrove swamp.
What actually happened was that it would take me to random coordinate.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. This bug occurred for me on a world that was created in 1.16, but played in 1.19.
2. using the "/locate biome minecraft:mangrove_swamp" and going to the coordinates it produces doesn't produce a mangrove swamp.
This is the seed that this is occurring on (-571435623) (world was made in 1.16 and played on subsequent updates up until 1.19)
