Bedrock Edition's new 1.19.10 splash text is not available on Java 1.19

      In the latest beta/preview of Bedrock Edition 1.19.10.21, they added the new following splash text:

      • "You are valid!"
      • "I'm glad you're here!"
      • "You are welcome here!"
      • "Your gender is valid!"
      • "Contains infinite genders!"

      However, when looking at splashes.txt in the .jar files, it doesn't exist or is added on Java. This might cause a parity issue.
