When summoning a minecart with custom yaw rotation, it rotates back instantly

      When I summoned a minecart and gave it a custom yaw, then it rotated back instantly. Repeating command block with the tp command is not the greatest for the minecart...

      So it would be nice if it got fixed OR giving a custom NBT tag for minecarts to stay still at the yaw position.
