Unlike other mobs, Warden can't get out of water like iron golem. Is it deliberate? Only Warden can get out of water with the case of image (2), left of (3). In the case of image (4), (6), since Warden can't get out of it, Warden use Sonic boom. Other case is that Warden do a close attack because Warden can get out of it with the case.

If this happen is not deliberate, let the wardens be able to get out of water with the situation(image(4), (6)).
