The bug

If a player is in a boat, touching water will not extinguish them until they are kicked out of the boat.

To reproduce

1. Create a water stream.
2. Set yourself on fire.
3. Ride a boat.
4. Pass through the water stream while riding the boat.

Observed result

The player was not extinguished.

Expected result

The player would be extinguished.

If you set yourself on fire, jump into a boat and then row straight into a stream of water, you will still have the burning effect after you come out
