How to replicate:

1. Have two goat horns.
2. Play one goat horn then put it in a chest.
3. While the other goat horn cools down, hold the Use key on it.
4. Using the second goat horn triggers the cooldown but does not play any sound.

Found while I was browsing the sounds in my goat horn collection chest.
