Sculk sensors are not activated upon sponges absorbing water.

Steps to Reproduce

• Place down a sponge and a sculk sensor nearby.
• Place water out of range of the sculk sensor that flows into the sponge.
• Watch as the sponge absorbs the water and turns into a wet sponge.
• Take note as to whether or not the sculk sensor activates.

Observed Behavior

Sculk sensors are not activated upon sponges absorbing water.

Expected Behavior

Sculk sensors would be activated upon sponges absorbing water.
