As intended, frogs slow down on soul sand, but they don't always show its walking animation while walking, and they can't properly move towards a player when tempted while standing on soul sand.

How to reproduce:

1. Create a flat area of soul sand
2. Summon a frog
3. Tempt it with a slimeball
