After being cured from being zombified, some villagers will stop restocking. I've tested multiple times in batches of 20 and had as many as 18 effected or as few as 2.

Attached is a world download where I cured 20 zombie villagers and 17/20 of the clerics will not restock or 'work' at their brewing stand block.
