      The Player Bounces after being Launched by TNT and holding Totems of Undying

      What I expected to happen was...:
      The player should have been launched by TNT, the first Totem would be activated, and upon landing, the second totem would be activated.

      What actually happened was...:
      The player was launched by the TNT (48 TNT, 2 blocks below the Player's Position) and the first Totem of Undying was activated. Then, upon landing, the second totem was activated, and the player is bounced back up into the air.

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Build a simple Redstone contraption that dispenses TNT into a Water Stream (Mine had 48 total), the TNT is stopped by a trapdoor, which the player is standing on.
      2. Activate the contraption holding a totem of undying (One in the off-hand and one in the main hand also works). After being launched, the first totem is activated. Hold the second Totem of Undying. Upon landing, the second totem is activated and you should be bounced back into the air.
      3. Upon landing, even with a third totem, the player lands as normal and does not bounce.
